We begin by translating your job description and presenting it to candidates already registered in our database. Simultaneously, we launch a nationwide advertising campaign tailored to the type of workers you need. Your job is uploaded to our Polish Workers website, automatically advertised on the most popular Polish job portals, and published in nationwide media outlets in Poland.

Step 1: Submit your job.
You submit your job listing, and we handle the translation and build an advertising campaign specifically tailored to your job.

Step 2: Candidate verification.
A dedicated recruitment manager is assigned to your recruitment process. They present your job to potential candidates, verify applications, select the most suitable candidates, and present them to you. Each job application is reviewed by us first to ensure quality before it is shared with you. Applications are verified within a maximum of 24 hours from the time they are received. We gather all necessary information about candidates, including their employment history, preferences, and availability to start working.

Step 3: Employment decisions.
At this stage, you can review the candidates’ applications and decide whether to hire them. You have the option to make a job offer immediately based on the application provided or conduct an interview before finalizing your decision.

Step 4: Travel and job commencement.
Once you decide to hire a candidate, they will book their tickets and travel to your country according to prior arrangements. If a visa is required, candidates are responsible for applying for it and covering all associated costs. This process is based on the employment confirmation provided by your company.
